Helmet, hat or cap? usually a Giro "Bad LT. fitted with a helmet on earcovers, but hot days i throw a hat, sunglasses? Spy round lens with illustrations of the Rolling Stones. Scarf / etc? nope (in the way in the park and teaching just use a jacket with a high collar) Spa? nope (I think they are a waste, only rough ride hot tea immediately) Jacket? Karbon (official teaching of my local mountain jacket) gloves? Granada Pipe gloves, gloves with Gore-Tex pants outdoors? Socks snowpants convert? Boots socks doubled regularly cold days?
