What are some ski racing training as well?
So I am a high school ski racer, and after seeing the Olympic Games once again I feel like that's what I accomplish in my life, get to the top of the podium at the Olympics with a medal hanging around his neck. Say it is not enough though, and I know. What we really need to do some ski specific training. I'm looking for things you can do the following equipment: free weights, ski machines, roller-blades (I know I have all the machinery of a gym class could have, but it is too expensive, and do not like go to the gym.). For the roller blades that I had the idea of creating a mock race course with cones and skating through it. But I'm at a loss for exercises I can do with my free-weights. Also, what would be a good diet? That is, one that is essential for building muscle, fat gain minimum? If someone could help me, I would be very grateful. Thank you very much.
different practice tests that require a quick burst of energy, as sprints, because this is all that is ski racing, downhill racing for only 45 seconds. For me, I can improve dramatically when I try and view the various courses and breaking it down to once per shift and the development of all the technical stuff, good way to pass time
