snowboarding hip pain
My leg hurts soo much after snowboard (PLEASE HELP)?

I went yesterday, snowboarding and it was my first time I've spent a LOT. After snowboarding, I went to my hotel and spa. But now my leg hurts. Not as a whole, but with little muscle pain. The muscles in my leg (like when you do the splits in half or cut her legs spread in both directions, with the torso forward) hurts more than any other muscle. So when I see toes, calf and ankle hurt a ton. My hips also hurt a little. Apart from that, I'm fine. What should I do? I am a gymnast, so I'm very flexible (can of oversplits and antennas). He can not even walk without hurting, and if I touch the inside of my thigh and it hurts LOOTT. That should I do? Thank you guys soo much. (: I appreciate that, and get a better response.:] And how long they will stay that way? I school next week and physical ed. It will be tough.

His muscles not be used to move the way they did during the board Snow and tear. Do not worry, this is normal for what happens after you try a new activity. The muscles start to recover if they are stronger. It is always the worst day. The pain will disappear soon, but if it is as bad as you say, take ibuprofen or other pain reliever pain for now. Do you feel better: D
