snowboarding feet hurt
outside of my foot hurts while running or snowboarding????!?!?
okay i play soccer and im 16 years old. when ever im wearing a brace or like 2 socks when i run the outside of my foot hurts really bad and samething for snowboarding
You could be dealing with something like a condition called Plantar Fasciitis (an inflammation of the tissue in the bottom of the foot) but the only way to know for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation.
Even before that I would recommend letting your mom know what’s going on so that she can help you keep an eye on the situation.
