Wrist fracture, exercise routine, any suggestions would be nice …?
Recently, I broke my wrist snowboard. I'm a workout 3 times a week, but now I can do multiple exercises, but thought I would do some exercises on the left and curls Dumbell with my left arm … Is this a bad idea, and causes some kind of balance. If so, suggestions?
Yes, it's a bad idea. lay off the weights only until the priest arm.
