Snow Skiing
Could use some tips on how to prepare for a ski trip to the snow?
I have always lived in Florida, how can I prepare for the snow.
Where are you going skiing? Colorado and Mexico have ski areas. Want to "long johns", which is the underwear feature designed to go under your street clothes and adds an extra layer of warmth between the skin and snow. Young people and can warn as a Ski Pants for convenience only Lite weight. You want a good hat that fits perfectly, turtleneck sweaters and V-neck shirts to go on them. Hot spot or lined gloves, cotton stockings and possibly (can layer). You can rent ski boots at the foot of the slopes. A backpack is great need to celebrate, protector solar, lotion, chap stick. You may want a bathing suit (yes most places have an outdoor hot tub kind of camouflage to make and H / T). Sunglasses, glasses, Advil, mole skin (To use ski boots shin) ski pants, borrow some, if not to buy a single use. (Check thrift stores to buy cheap)-gloves, which seem brilliant Michael Jackson wore gloves, and used to heat the addition of reg. gloves. Ear muffs are good also. If northern Florida, there is more ice and colder. If you can take ski lessons, fun. Some sites have ski exercises to help prepare your body for skiing, visit the track removal.
