Got Scammed, is there anything I can do?
Well, like an idiot, I sent a money order for $125 to some guy in MA for some snowmobile parts. I never got the parts, but he cashed the money order. I have his address, and phone number, and I called him. He either avoids my call or tells me he will send it out tomorrow, which he never does. Is there anything I can do to get my money back, or shut this guy down? What are the fraud laws in MA?

You may have recourse if you can establish a paper trail. Did you retain your copy of the money order. If not, the post office has a record and (may) provide for you.
Call the police dept in the city where the parts owner lives and explain what happened. If they are receptive, tell them you will send them documented proof ( copy of money order ) and you will sign a complaint (by mail) against him.
My guess is you won’t even have to follow through, that just a visit from his local police will get his attention and motivate him to return your money.
