Snowboard boots feel uncomforable?

I bought Vans Kira Boa Snowboard boots online and tried it, size is good it is just as crowded and walk around in them I feel pain in my inner ankle, no one else has had this problem, if so what did you do? havent had this problem with snowboard boots before, but I've had with other things like skates and boots dirtbike and stuff. wat i usually do to make the pain out of that area is to wrap the ankle with a compression bandage then put two pairs of ankle socks so high that covers the area. then I get 1 or 2 pairs of football something like a sock. if is that still doesn't take away the pain id try to stick around or folded socks in the area to get some free of pressure. if you use boots with boa technology, I think they do not try to squeeze too if the pain doesn't go away. u might want to check your local Boardshop too and see if they have any advice. vans might also have a different starting line or could use.
