2008 snowmobile helmets
is a snowmobile helmet motorcycle insurance?
I went to a dealer and bought my helmet to ride. My gf came to me for her to get one. not were more women on the street all they had helmets snowmobile helmet and we bought it. the dealer told me it was the DOT and Snell approved, so it was very good of a motorcycle. It is a HJC CL-15 http://blog.helmetcity.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/cyclone-2-large-300×293.jpg snow and manual inspection, it says it is not safe for use on the street. Im so confused. is a snowmobile helmet for the street safe or not? Is it possible to change the face shield for the safe streets?
"The helmet has a SNELL point and label views on this? (Must, HJC site says that seen as such.) Should be fully safe for street riding. You might avble to change the visor regular street visor. More information on the HJC website.
